Verification Plus |

Verification Plus is CBC’s expedited re-scoring program. With Verification Plus,
you can have the ability to increase your client’s score-within 3-5 business days!
CBC takes the re-score to a whole new level. Our score experts analyze your credit report
to identify the item or items negatively affecting the score. We will then relay the information
to you and offer to assist your client in obtaining the documentation necessary to
increase the score.
Our re-scoring program has consistently been successful because of the unique way we attack
the problem. We will not accept paperwork if we know it will negatively impact your score.

Credit Xpert |

Credit Xpert is a new important tool in explaining scores and what can be done to
improve the score. Credit Xpert indicates the number of points possible following the
advice given. It is intended to be used by lenders wishing to provide that extra service
to their customers by fully explaining the contents of the credit report in a way the
consumer can understand.
Credit Xpert does not place a new inquiry, as it works with existing infiles pulled via CBCWeb.

Flood Certification System designed to aid the user in determining the
flood status of a property address.

Tax Return Verifications (TRV) |

Can be obtained on any individuals who have authorized
the release of this information in connection with an application for credit or a similar consideration.
TRV compares the income relation line of the tax returns that are provided by the borrower with the same
line on file at the IRS and highlights any variations in an easy to read report.

Business Profile |

The Automated report gives you instant detailed information drawn
from a variety of sources. From small businesses to larger, publicly held corporations, this report
contains trade payment trends, public record information including Uniform Commercial Code filings,
and company background information to validate a company’s identity.

Snapshot Business Profile |
| |
A summarized report including company name, address, phone number and date of incorporation
when available. The Snapshot report classifies current credit status into one of five categories:
acceptable, caution, warning, serious risk or bankruptcy. Additionally, the Snapshot will provide
a payment trend and industry comparison where available, as well as company background
information such as type of business, number of employees or sales figures, where incorporated,
and key officers.
